Prices and availability of products

The sale price on the 5xcinque.it website is inclusive of taxes and VAT. Only the cost of shipping is added to the total of products purchased.
On the invoice, the VAT is separated from the price and shown as a separate item.
The invoice is sent only if requested as required for online sales.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer
    At the end of your order, if you choose this method of payment, you will be given the bank details to make the transfer.
  • the bank transfer must be received within 4 working days of placing the order. As random it is important to enter the order number.
    The credit times depend on your bank, as soon as we receive the payment we will send the goods if you send us a copy of the bank transfer to info@5xcinque.it we can anticipate the shipment.
  • Credit card
    it is possible to pay with any credit card, even prepaid.
  • Stripe once you have chosen stripe you can easily enter your credit card details.
  • Satispay you can make a payment by choosing this system. When completing the order, a screen will appear with a QR code and the total amount. Through your Satispay APP you can easily pay by framing the QR code

Shipping and delivery times

The products are shipped by express courier. An email will be sent to you when your order is processed and shipped. From that moment your order is handed over to the courier and will be delivered to you in 24/48 hours. From receipt of payment to delivery to the courier, it could take 3 days.
We have entered into a contract with express couriers who undertake to deliver the goods the day after taking charge. We aim to fulfill the order the day it is placed or within the following day, from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday if the courier does not deliver.

The price of shipping by express courier is €5 including VAT for purchases of less than €59.99, with the exception of smaller islands and disadvantaged locations for which a €4 surcharge is required (in case contact us and we will try to offer you the best price depending on of the locality). Above €60, shipping is ALWAYS free.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary. The cost of shipping is €9 with DHL courier and becomes free for orders over €60.

The shipping costs is 9€ by DHL , for orders above 60€ the shipping costs are free.

Timing

Our aim is to deliver the ordered products to you as soon as possible and to inform you of all the phases that go from the conclusion of the order to the shipment of the ordered products so that you can follow our work.

As soon as we receive your order, we will notify you by email that the order has been forwarded to us and the status that will be shown to you is "Awaiting Payment".

The orders processed fastest are those made with payment by credit card.

When we have received the payment, the order passes to the status "In preparation" and we contact the courier for the shipment.
Within a few hours we deliver the package with the ordered products to the courier. The order passes to the "Complete" status.

Between these two moments, between when we receive payment for the order and its preparation, if there is a need for additions, when the package is not yet completed, it is possible to do them. If, on the other hand, the package has already been prepared and closed, to make additions it is necessary to create a new order.

In the evening of the day of departure of the package you will receive an email or text message from the courier with the shipping number and you will be able to monitor the status of the shipment, for any information you can send us an email to info@5xcinque.it

Withdrawal

The law (DL 22/05/99. n.185) guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
You can exercise this right, reserved for natural persons, within 14 days following the date of receipt of the goods.
The communication of intention to withdraw from the purchase must be made by registered letter with return receipt addressed to:

The returned product must be intact.
Upon its arrival at the headquarters, the product will be examined and in the event of damage, the withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Within 15 days from the date of return, the amount paid will be refunded with the exception of the shipping costs paid by you at the time of purchase.
